1. Registration & Payment:
It would be best, and would save money, if you can coordinate within
your section to make ONE bank transfer to the Geneva office from each
section. We need to receive both your registration and your payment in
order to be able to guarantee your room at the Congress.

Please be sure to note the name of the section and that this is for
Congress registration on the transfer slip. Bank Transfer is best as
there is a 40 CHF additional charge on checks.
On Registration:
Please be sure to inform the Geneva office as to who your official
voting delegates are, as soon as they have been decided. Also, if there
has been a change in who your IEC representative is, please do let us
know as soon as possible. This information is also requested on the
Registration forms, which can be found here:

Remember, the final date for registration AND payment is 15 June. Also,
please note that we cannot issue a request for a visa until we have your
completed registration form.
2. Resolutions:
We have made all resolutions available on the website as we have
received them. Any resolutions that have not been posted need to be
sent to reports@wilpf.ch as soon as possible.

3. Reports:
Currently, the following sections have submitted reports to the email
established for this purpose (reports@wilpf.ch):
Australia, Aotearoa/New Zealand, Colombia, Denmark, El Salvador,
Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States. Thank you!
The following committees and working groups have submitted reports:
Communications, Constitution, Organisational Development, Standing
Finance, and Global Economic Justice.
Please be sure that your section reports are submitted to
reports@wilpf.ch as soon as possible or we will not be able to
distribute them before the Congress.
4. Travel Arrangements:
We are currently finalizing a deal with American Airlines, who offer the
only direct flight from Miami (USA) to Santa Cruz (Bolivia) where we
will receive a 5% discount on flights booked directly through them-
either by phone or by their website. For those of you who have not yet
made your flight bookings, please watch for an update on Monday or
Tuesday next week with the ticket discount code. This will apply only
to new bookings, no refunds will be available.
